BCCW is about building a Better Contact Centre Workplace to reduce costs by improving staff attrition. Our core purpose is to make contact centres more stimulating and rewarding places to work by supporting our clients with a unique programme of research and networking.
What is BCCW?
BCCW aims to reduce your costs by improving staff attrition.
It is a research and networking programme supporting contact centre professionals in a range of countries who seek to create better and more productive places of work.
BCCW incorporates the most established call centre staff benchmarking programme in the UK.
We are now in our fourth year with over 100 organisations involved.

- Improvement Day - highlights issues coming out of the research programme and based on the 8 themes.
- Public Recognition - all clients receive a star rating similar to the Michelin style accreditation. All clients who receive 1 or more stars will be certified and allowed to promote themselves as a Better Contact Centre Workplace.
